Fun fact about milk, so humans and cows produce milk which contains lactose (in fact human milk has a higher density of lactose than cow milk) but most humans and cats are lactose intolerant. This is because most people and cats can't produce the enzyme lactase to break down lactose which is a complex sugar BUT if you were to add lactase to any milk with lactose in it you could break down the complex sugars and leave behind simple sugars which our bodies have a much easier time digesting. This is also why goat milk, which only has a slight less amount of lactose in it when compared to cow milk, tastes a bit sweeter. (This is a very simplified version of what I learned while writing this caption so take what I say with a grain of salt)
